Great hotel

Exceptional breakfast and very friendly restaurant staff. The view from the balcony is great. Very good location.

The room was not very clean when we arrived. Strange lighting system in the room. P. S. do not recommend the tour agency on the corner next to this hotel.

Close to perfect

The cliff view is great; the location is near the street but it is quite. A 7-11 is adjacent to it. Breakfast is great and the decoration inside. The room is also very good. They also provide beach mat although we didn’t use that. general speaking the facility there is perfect.

There is a slip to climb before checking in. And it could be exhausting given too much luggage. Hope there could be a service of assistance or another check in point at building 1

Such a nice place we returned again!

The hotel was lovely, the staff greeted us and made us feel very welcome - particularly Nui! The hotel was very clean and the view from the rooms was gorgeous.

The shower didn't get very hot, but other than that it was great!!

To sum it up, we would still come here again next time.

Its nearby to lots of eateries, especially halal ones. Hotel was clean and it was sweet that they had a lorry to chauffeur you from checkin to the hotel building even though its less than a min walk.

A bit far from the beach, but 15-20mins walk was not so bad. Maybe can consider alternating breakfast options?

Overall excellent, but either a bit noisy or steep to walk up to, depending on building.

Spacious room (king suite), excellent material quality, clean, good AC, accessible main-street location (in building 1, building 2 is a bit of a hilly trek to access).

Our room overlooked the main road through town, so it was extremely noisy all through the night every night when we were visiting in peak season. They should put sound insulating curtains in the rooms on this side. Also, the hot water did not function well in room 419. It would cycle from scalding hot to cool every 3-5 seconds. Very annoying to use, and borderline dangerous. Felt a bit expensive considering these compromises. I expected no "quirks" at this price.

Nice, clean hotel - building two is away from the noisy street

We had a deluxe room with pool access - which was great - although you couldn't access the sunloungers from the pool unless you swam across! Room was a good size with a big bathroom. There was a fridge in the room and a small bottle of water each was provided each day. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and although there were lots of people at breakfast, it was never crowded. Beach towels were provided and changed each day. There were 2 buildings to the hotel - we were in building 2 which was set back from the main street - so it was nice and quiet. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Ao Nang beach where the long-boats are (or you could take a tuk tuk for about 100 bahts). There are loads of restaurants along the main strip with most of them offering happy hours for much of the day. There's a 7-11 store about 3 doors away which was handy. There were loads of tourist information stands along the strip offering trips, taxis etc - a lot of the people on these stands were helpful. Not sure if the hotel arranged trips, there was nothing in reception that suggested they did. On our last night the hotel arranged an early taxi to the airport for us for the following morning (we paid the hotel - cost 600 bahts for 2 of us) - and the taxi was reading and waiting for us (at the top of the ramp!) in the morning.

As previous reviews have said, it's not clear that the lobby is up a ramp in the second building. Our taxi dropped us off at the bottom of the ramp - we went into the first building to look for reception and had to ask another guest where it was. We then had to drag our cases up the ramp to check in (and if you were unlucky enough to be staying in building 1, you'd have had to have dragged your cases back down the ramp again). There was a sign in reception saying if you wanted a breakfast box, to order the previous afternoon, so we tried to order one to take with us on our last morning, as we were getting a taxi at 7am. However we were told that breakfast started at 6.30am so we could still get to breakfast. Neither of us wanted to eat that early so we didn't make it - in hindsight, a take-away breakfast box with no conditions attached would have been preferable.

Excellent hotel near Aonang Beach.

It was an excellent stay. It's a great hotel in the center of Aonang beach, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is incredible: Kaí, Sang, Kran and Tai. Nothing better to start the day than with the biggest smile from Kaí.

We don't have one single negative aspect about this hotel

Affordable, clean, comfortable and convenient.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Located strategically near Halal restaurants, Masjid, convenience stores and massage centers. The beach is about 25 minutes walking distance. Very friendly and accommodating staff especially Nui and Sang. We were “upgraded” to rooms with a view as the hotel was pretty much empty during rainy season.

Ongoing construction/repairs at the hotel. The steep hill to get to the hotel lobby that’s not suitable for disabled persons.

It was nice and I would stay here again.

The room was cozy and big, we had everything we needed. Very close to restaurants and shops. The pool had nice view.

They need to perform deep cleaning before a new visitor. It was clean in the bathroom, the bed was very nice and clean but i found stains on the windows, on the fridge, they need to check these aspects as well.

Perfect stay near one of the best beaches

Clean hotel with huge and comfy bed, overlooking the beautiful cliff view. Close walking distance to Ao Nang’s best restaurants and the beach of course! Housekeeping was very prompt and thorough and I loved the addition of beach towels and a beach matt that we took to the beach each day.

The bathroom was a tad small. But did not detract from the overall stay.

Nice clean hotel. If you are with more people, put luggage downstairs and then go checkin

Nice area, 15 minutes walk from the beach. Also really clean hotel.

The checkin was behind the place where we were staying, so taxi drove me up a small steep “hill” to get to the reception. When I checked in I was told I had to go back downstairs. It would be better if checkin was just downstairs. I had to go with my luggage back down to the other part of the hotel.

Having the swimming pool right on our balcony makes our stay great. If we had other rooms, I would regret choosing this

The rooms connected to the swimming pool. The huge beds - more than enough space for our family of 2 adults and 2 little kids to sleep in. The bathroom was also spacious.

The bedsheets had blood stains and other stains. A bit disgusting to see what looked like period stains on the sheets. We booked 2 rooms and on both bathrooms, there is a strong sewage smell when we first turn on the shower. The smell goes away after a minute or 2. It’s a steep slope to our hotel block, so if you have a stroller, it’s quite annoying. We have to carefully walk down backwards with the stroller.
