A bit noisy in a day time, next to the hotel there was some kind of constructions.

Nice, clean hotel - building two is away from the noisy street
We had a deluxe room with pool access - which was great - although you couldn't access the sunloungers from the pool unless you swam across! Room was a good size with a big bathroom. There was a fridge in the room and a small bottle of water each was provided each day. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and although there were lots of people at breakfast, it was never crowded. Beach towels were provided and changed each day. There were 2 buildings to the hotel - we were in building 2 which was set back from the main street - so it was nice and quiet. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Ao Nang beach where the long-boats are (or you could take a tuk tuk for about 100 bahts). There are loads of restaurants along the main strip with most of them offering happy hours for much of the day. There's a 7-11 store about 3 doors away which was handy. There were loads of tourist information stands along the strip offering trips, taxis etc - a lot of the people on these stands were helpful. Not sure if the hotel arranged trips, there was nothing in reception that suggested they did. On our last night the hotel arranged an early taxi to the airport for us for the following morning (we paid the hotel - cost 600 bahts for 2 of us) - and the taxi was reading and waiting for us (at the top of the ramp!) in the morning.
As previous reviews have said, it's not clear that the lobby is up a ramp in the second building. Our taxi dropped us off at the bottom of the ramp - we went into the first building to look for reception and had to ask another guest where it was. We then had to drag our cases up the ramp to check in (and if you were unlucky enough to be staying in building 1, you'd have had to have dragged your cases back down the ramp again). There was a sign in reception saying if you wanted a breakfast box, to order the previous afternoon, so we tried to order one to take with us on our last morning, as we were getting a taxi at 7am. However we were told that breakfast started at 6.30am so we could still get to breakfast. Neither of us wanted to eat that early so we didn't make it - in hindsight, a take-away breakfast box with no conditions attached would have been preferable.

It was nice and I would stay here again.
The room was cozy and big, we had everything we needed. Very close to restaurants and shops. The pool had nice view.
They need to perform deep cleaning before a new visitor. It was clean in the bathroom, the bed was very nice and clean but i found stains on the windows, on the fridge, they need to check these aspects as well.

Having the swimming pool right on our balcony makes our stay great. If we had other rooms, I would regret choosing this
The rooms connected to the swimming pool. The huge beds - more than enough space for our family of 2 adults and 2 little kids to sleep in. The bathroom was also spacious.
The bedsheets had blood stains and other stains. A bit disgusting to see what looked like period stains on the sheets.
We booked 2 rooms and on both bathrooms, there is a strong sewage smell when we first turn on the shower. The smell goes away after a minute or 2.
It’s a steep slope to our hotel block, so if you have a stroller, it’s quite annoying. We have to carefully walk down backwards with the stroller.
